Highly recommended! A top-notch pet grooming salon that treats furry friends like family. A pet grooming salon that makes dogs happy and owners feel at ease! The salon has a quiet and comfortable environment, excellent space planning, and absolutely no unpleasant odors. The owner is also very friendly and professional, carefully assessing each pet's personality and lifestyle, and providing very practical advice. The team here is incredibly loving towards pets, and the process is meticulous. They patiently wait for the dog to adjust to the environment before starting the bath. Sometimes, when there's no time to pick the dog up from home and they need after-school care, the owner will even take the dog for a walk to get some fresh air. They also sell fresh food in the salon, which our dog loves now, so our dog really enjoys coming for baths. Not only are the grooming services exquisite and adorable, but the owner is also patient and loving towards our furry friends! For busy pet owners, the owner's service is impeccable. Besides the thoughtful service of personally picking up and dropping off the pet regardless of the weather, they send photos and videos every two hours on average during grooming and after-school care, giving us peace of mind!
Because we were going to a concert that night, I was really worried about where my dog, Ola, could have a daycare. 🥺 There are so few places in Taipei that are open until 11 pm… After searching for ages, I finally found “Ray the Cute Dog” ✨ The staff were all incredibly kind and friendly! They treated Ola like their own child 🥹 During my daycare, I kept receiving cute photos and videos. Even while I was at the concert, Ray the Cute Dog was putting on a mini-concert (it was so adorable, haha 😍) Seeing Ola having so much fun made me feel so relieved. They also contacted me immediately if anything happened! The environment was clean and comfortable, and the location was very convenient. Our Ola loved it; she played until we got back to the hotel and fell fast asleep 💤 I highly, highly recommend it!! The staff were amazing 🥰 I'll definitely come back if I need anything in the future (˶‾᷄ ⁻̫ ‾᷅˵)
A fantastic stay! The environment was spacious and bright. The owner regularly sent photos and videos, keeping us informed about our pets' well-being, which gave us peace of mind. We took them out for walks twice a day, and even indoors, we played with them. They were happier than at home! 🥰 Bathing them was also very professional and patient; after each bath, our pets were fluffy and lovely to touch.
So thoughtful! They let the dog get used to the environment before giving it a bath. Besides providing pick-up and drop-off service, they also continuously send photos and videos of the after-school care, allowing me to work with peace of mind!
